How it works

Five steps from
league link to roast.

You connect your league once and set the tone. After that, the wrap writes itself every week from verified data — and nothing reaches your league until you say go.

Connect your league

Paste your league’s web address — the one in your browser when you look at your league. For a normal MFL league that is the whole step: no API key, no MyFantasyLeague menus, and nothing for your managers to do.

Leagues set to private on MyFantasyLeague need one extra step — write to support@getwrapsheet.com and we’ll set yours up with you.

MyFantasyLeague already publishes what a recap needs: teams, scores, standings and box scores. We read it before you pay, so we can tell you we can write about your league while your money is still in your pocket.

Take the lore interview

Choose your writer (The SmartAss today, The Gambler soon), set the text rating from PG to R, and pick one of six art styles. Your team names — pulled straight from MFL — become the comic's recurring mascot cast.

Then the writer interviews you: rivalries, punishments, running jokes, and your Off-Limits list. It all lands in your league's Lore Sheet — more on that below.

The Wrap writes itself

Each week the engine pulls the real box scores, cross-checks every number against your platform, and writes the recap in your voice — grounded in your league's lore, so the callbacks actually land.

Then it draws the comic panel starring your recurring cast. Writeup and art, ready together.

You review

You get an email: "Week N is ready." Open the portal and see it exactly as your league will — panel and all. Then approve, regenerate (the portal shows "only X regenerations left"), or hand-edit the text yourself.

Edits are kept as a separate version — the verified-numbers guarantee covers the words the writer wrote.

Your league gets roasted

Approve and it goes live to the whole league inbox, comic inline, archived forever. One button, and anyone who has unsubscribed is skipped for you.

Every week, all season, without living on your machine.

The writer's memory

The Lore Sheet

Every league gets one: a living document the writer reads before every wrap and never contradicts. You can edit it any time — the writer obeys it.

Off-Limits

Names, topics, and jokes that never run — a divorce, a health scare, whatever isn't funny in your league. This list always wins: it's enforced on every generation, at every rating, with no exceptions.

This Week

What the writer needs to know right now — a trade that has the group chat on fire, a punishment coming due, a manager on vacation. Drop a note in; it shows up in the wrap.

History

Champions, chokes, grudges, and running gags — seeded by your lore interview and growing every week. It's why the callbacks land in October about what happened in September. Or in 1998.

Every number is checked before a word ships

Scores, margins, benched points, standings — all pulled straight from your league platform and verified against it before the writer is allowed to use them. When a recap says a manager left 53.4 points on the bench, it's because they did. No invented stat has ever left the building.

Frequently asked

Which platforms do you support?

MFL (MyFantasyLeague) is live today, and connecting a normal league takes one paste of its web address — no API key. Leagues set to private on MyFantasyLeague need one extra step; write to support@getwrapsheet.com and we’ll set yours up with you. More platforms are on the roadmap — tell us where your league plays and we’ll prioritize it.

Does it work for best-ball or other formats?

Best ball is supported. Tell us your league plays it and the recaps change shape: no start/sit second-guessing, because there were no lineup decisions to second-guess. They go after who went off, who got wrecked by one man's afternoon, and whose draft is carrying or killing the season.

Head-to-head redraft and keeper leagues are fully supported too. Playing something else? Flag it and we'll tell you when it lands.

How does the Off-Limits list work?

Your league's Lore Sheet includes an Off-Limits list: names, topics and jokes that are never allowed — a divorce, a health scare, a subject that isn't funny in your league. It's respected on every send, and the comic always lands PG-13 no matter your text rating.

What is the Lore Sheet?

A living document the writer reads before every wrap: your Off-Limits list, a This Week section for notes you want in the next wrap, and your league's History — champions, grudges, and running gags, seeded by the lore interview and growing every week. You can edit it any time; the writer obeys it.

Do I have to approve every week?

Yes — nothing reaches your league until you approve it and press send. That is deliberate: it is your name on the recap, and every week is written before you see it, so you always get the last read.

What if a recap misses?

Regenerate it. Each week includes a capped number of regenerations for the text and the comic (the portal shows how many you have left), so you can take another swing without runaway cost. Still not right? Edit the text by hand before you send.

What does it cost?

One price: $79 per league, per season. Founding-season pricing, locked for early leagues. No per-manager fees, ever. See pricing →
