Plain terms for a small product. You approve every send, your league's data stays yours, and we only read what we need to write the recaps.

Who we are
The Wrap Sheet is operated by Motisko Ventures (“we”, “us”). You can reach a human at support@getwrapsheet.com. These terms apply when you buy or use the service.
What you are buying
A season of weekly recaps for one fantasy football league: a written wrap and a comic panel each scoring week, generated from your league’s real results, delivered to your league’s recipients after you approve and send them.
Every figure in a wrap is checked against your league platform before it ships. The commentary around those figures is written by a language model, and it is comedy: it will be wrong about intent, motive and dignity on purpose. It is not advice of any kind.
Your league, your send
Nothing reaches your league without you. We generate the wrap, you read it, and it goes out when you press send. You can edit any wrap before sending, and you can decide not to send one at all.
Because you decide what goes out, you are responsible for what your league receives. Your league’s Lore Sheet includes an Off-Limits list that the writer obeys on every wrap; keeping it current is the most reliable way to keep the jokes on the right side of your league’s line.
Connecting your league
To read your league we need its MyFantasyLeague address, which is public. By connecting a league you confirm you are that league’s commissioner (or have their authority), and that you may share the league’s data and its members’ email addresses with us for this purpose.
We only read. We do not post, trade, or change anything on your league platform. Ask us to disconnect a league at any time and the service stops working for it immediately.
Your content and ours
Your league’s data, names, lore and history remain yours. The wraps and panels we generate for your league are yours to keep, forward, print and post.
The engine, the personas, the prompts and the site are ours. You may not resell the service or use it to generate content for a league you do not run.
Acceptable use
Do not use The Wrap Sheet to harass a specific person, to publish content about people who are not in your league, or to send to addresses whose owners have not joined your league. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability, and what we do not promise
We depend on your league platform’s API and on third-party model and email providers. When one of those is down or changes, a wrap can be late. We aim for every scoring week of your season; if we miss a week outright, see Refunds.
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the season in question.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email the address on your account before the change applies to you. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, and any dispute belongs in its courts.
