We hold your league's results and your members' email addresses for one reason: writing and delivering your league's recaps. Nothing else.
Last updated 22 August 2026
The short version
We hold your league’s results, your league members’ email addresses, and your account details. We use them to write and deliver your league’s recaps and nothing else. We do not sell them, and we do not use your league’s data to advertise to anyone.
What we collect
- Your account — the email address you sign in with, and your billing record from our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- Your league’s data — team names, rosters, lineups, scores, standings and transactions, read from what your league platform already publishes publicly for your league.
- Your league’s recipients — the email addresses the recaps are sent to, either imported from your league platform or entered by you.
- Your Lore Sheet — the history, running jokes and Off-Limits list you give the writer.
- Delivery records — which wraps were sent, when, and to how many recipients, so both of us can tell what actually went out.
League members’ email addresses
This is the part worth reading twice, because those addresses do not belong to you or to us.
When you connect your league or paste in a recipient list, you are representing that you are the league’s commissioner (or have their authority) and that you may share your members’ addresses with us so we can send them their league’s recap. We rely on that representation.
We use those addresses for one purpose: delivering that league’s recaps. We do not add them to any other list, market to them, or share them with anyone outside the providers that deliver the mail.
Every recap carries a one-click unsubscribe. When a member uses it, we record their choice separately from your recipient list, permanently. Removing them from your list and adding them back does not undo it, and neither can you. Only that member can ask to come back.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of providers to run the service: cloud hosting and a database, a language-model provider that writes the text, an image provider that draws the panel, an email provider that delivers the mail, and a payment processor. Each sees only what it needs to do its job. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
We will disclose data if the law requires it, and we will tell you unless we are forbidden to.
How long we keep it
Your league’s wraps and archive are kept for as long as your account is open, because the archive is part of what you bought. Delivery records are kept for two years. Unsubscribe records are kept indefinitely — that is the point of them.
Close your account and ask us to delete it, and we will remove your league’s data within 30 days, keeping only what we must for tax and accounting.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete your account and your league’s data.
- Ask us to disconnect your league at any time; we stop reading it immediately. If you gave us a league platform key so we could import member addresses, revoking it there has the same effect.
- If you are a league member rather than a commissioner: use the unsubscribe link in any recap, or email us and we will remove you.
Write to support@getwrapsheet.com for any of these.
Children
The Wrap Sheet is not for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a member of your league is under 13, do not add their address.
Where your data lives
Our servers are in the United States. If you or your league members are elsewhere, your data is processed in the US.
